4th & 5th Grade

RiverGlen provides a separate class for this unique age group with unique needs. Developmentally, 4th and 5th graders (Tweens) are entering the stage when they seek answers from peers rather than parents. Therefore, choosing friends wisely and building great peer relationships is a strong focus with this age group.

• I need to make the wise choice
• I can trust God no matter what
• I should treat others the way I want to be treated

...but a huge emphasis is also placed on the development of Godly friendships, both with peers and with our screened and trained leaders. Quests gather in a large group for worship and relevant teachings and then are divided into small groups to build relationships and apply Biblical truths to their lives.
